Fabio Hakill was born in Rome, Italy, where he completed cooking school and began working at “Il Caminetto”, one of the most acclaimed Roman restaurants. In 1995, he moved to NYC and improved his Culinary Art at Corona’s legendary restaurant Park Side, where he worked as the Executive Chef for a decade. In 2007, Fabio Hakill and Nick Nubile opened “Fabio Piccolo Fiore” which was rated Excellent by Zagat in 2007 and consistantly recieves outstanding customer reviews.
